Aero Fresh Refund & Returns Policy

At Aero Fresh, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide premium car fragrance products and ensure every order meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • The request is made within a specified return period (such as 7 or 14 days of delivery)

Opened or used car fragrance products may not be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened car fragrances
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within the allowed return period.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for approval before sending the product back.
  4. Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

Refund Policy

Once your item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Aero Fresh.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement based on product availability.

Delivery Charges

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
