Once your item is received and inspected:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Aero Fresh.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement based on product availability.

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
